We know a regular yoga practice doesn't just make you fit, it gradually transforms you, creating wellness & a depth of inner knowing at all levels of your being. We teach yoga from the inside - out. We help yoga enthusiasts integrate a regular practice. We help yoga aspirants become yoga teachers and we help yoga teachers to grow, find their unique voice and excel. Our team consists of dedicated and inspiring teachers that know how to adapt the practice to the individual and encourage self inquiry into what is sovereignly true and whole.

‘Ohana Rising is a nationally accredited yoga center & teacher training institute newly located by the sea, in Bradley Beach, NJ. Established in 2015 by Lisa Brodrick, a life long student herself, after years of studying, teaching & sharing trainings throughout the US, Central America and South Africa. She felt the tremendous impact of empowering individuals to work within their communities and wanted to create a home. Our programming continues to serve the diverse and growing community of yoga enthusiasts and teachers locally & worldwide. We believe in maintaining the authenticity of the sacred sciences, while sharing the practice in ways that are relatable and accessible to all.
